Our Mission

Preparing the next generation to lead in an AI-powered world.

Labor trends are showing a massive transformation towards digitization this decade. Jobs 5-10 years from now will need strong knowledge and experience in the sciences, computing and AI.

Our mission is to prepare the new generation of leaders and entrepreneurs to thrive in a world transformed by AI. We do this by providing hands-on programs focused on AI, startup culture, and cutting-edge technology. We believe in empowering young people to become creators, not just consumers, of technology, so they are equipped to build the innovative companies and solutions of tomorrow.

While our work is designed to benefit all young people, we remain committed to ensuring that underrepresented voices—especially young women—are at the forefront of this technological revolution. By fostering a diverse community of innovators, we can solve the complex challenges of the future and ensure that the coming decades are defined by inclusive progress.

Why Now?

We are at an inflection point. The rapid rise of artificial intelligence is not just a technological advancement; it is a fundamental shift that will reshape every industry and create a new class of jobs. Automation will displace many traditional roles, making skills in AI, data science, and entrepreneurial thinking more critical than ever before. The future of work will demand a new kind of leader—one who can innovate, adapt, and use technology to solve complex problems.

Recent studies confirm the scale of this transformation. The World Economic Forum projects that 23% of all jobs will change by 2027, with 83 million jobs being displaced while 69 million new ones are created. Other reports, like PwC’s 2025 Global AI Jobs Barometer, indicate that skills sought by employers in AI-exposed roles are changing 66% faster than in other occupations. These statistics make it clear: the future is not about replacing people, but about augmenting their skills. Our programs are designed to close this critical skills gap and empower a diverse group of innovators to be at the forefront of this revolution.
