Every fall, I lead weekly after-school workshops at the Tiger Woods Foundation in Anaheim, California, where we guide students in preparing for the Congressional App Challenge, one of the nation’s most prestigious app competitions hosted by the US Congress. Along with volunteers, I help students brainstorm app ideas, design and build them, and craft compelling stories about how their apps can make a positive impact on their communities.
